tomwer Slice-Stack#
Purpose#
The tomwer slice-stack command is provided to view a set of ‘single-slice’ volumes.
The user can provide a list of single-slice volumes to be displayed directly.
Alternatively, the user can provide a set of scans. In this case, the application will attempt to deduce reconstructed slices from existing paths at specific locations (e.g., reconstructed_slices, RAW_DATA, PROCESSED_DATA) and display what is relevant. This approach is more uncertain than the previous one.
Warning
At the moment, the application only handles ‘single’ slice volumes.
Note
All volumes generated by nabu are compatible with this viewer.
