nxtomomill.io.framegroup.filter_acqui_frame_type(init, sequences, frame_type)[source]#

compute the list of urls representing projections from init until the next Initialization step

Parameters

  • init (FrameGroup) – frame group creating the beginning of the acquisition sequence

  • sequences (tuple) – list of FrameGroup representing the sequence

  • frame_type (AcquisitionStep) – type of frame to filer (cannot be Initialization step)
