tomoscan.scanbase.projections_angles_to_indices(angles, projections_indices, rotation_angles)

From a list of angles (in degrees), return the corresponding indices.

Parameters

• angles (list) – Rotation angles

• projections_indices (list) – List of indices corresponding to each projection

• rotation_angles (list) – List of all rotation angles of the projections
