The following projects are being developed for tomographic data processing.
Nabu
Nabu is a data processing library for tomographic datasets obtained with the five modalities identified in home.

TomWer
Automation tools for tomographic data acquisition and processing. It wraps Nabu, and it allows to process both new NXtomo (NeXus) and legacy EDF tomographic datasets.

NXtomoMill
Tool to convert raw (BCU format) tomographic data into Nexus NXtomo.

Tomoscan
Python library that acts as abstraction layer for the ESRF tomography datasets. It grants access to data (projections, dark-field images, flat-field images) and scan parameters of a tomographic acquisition. Possible formats are NXtomo, and the legacy EDF-based tomography scans.
